Terms and Conditions: AI Business Framework Pilot Program

1. Welcome & Acceptance of Terms These terms are a legally binding agreement between you (the student) and Rafał Konieczny (the creator) regarding your access to and use of this AI business course. By purchasing or accessing the course, you agree to these rules.

2. The Private Pilot Program (Pre-Orders) You are purchasing access to this course during its "Pilot Program" or pre-order phase. Because you are an early adopter getting in at a special rate, you agree to the following conditions:

  • Content is in Development: The course is currently being built, recorded, and refined. You understand that you are not buying a 100% completed, finalized product on day one.

  • Things Might Change: As a member of the pilot program, your feedback will help shape the course. Because of this, the final curriculum, module structure, and provided tools may shift or evolve from what was initially advertised.

  • Estimated Delivery Dates: Any release dates provided for modules, videos, or materials are estimates.

3. The 1-on-1 Feasibility Guarantee Because this is a hands-on pilot program, I want to ensure this framework is actually the right fit for your business. Your participation begins with a mandatory 1-on-1 kickoff call to discuss your specific situation and evaluate if these AI strategies are feasible for you.

  • If, during or immediately after that first call, either of us (you or me) decides that moving forward doesn't make sense, we will cancel your participation and I will issue a full 100% refund immediately. No risk, no hard feelings.

4. What "Lifetime" or "Unlimited" Access Actually Means "Lifetime access" refers to the lifetime of the product, not your personal lifetime. You will have continuous access to the course materials for as long as the product is actively maintained, sold, and technically available on my hosting platform. If I ever decide to retire the program, shut down the platform, or discontinue the service, your access will end. However, I promise to give you reasonable advance notice (e.g., 30 days) before shutting anything down, so you have time to download any available resources.

5. AI Risks & The "You Are the Pilot" Principle (Limitation of Liability) AI is a powerful co-pilot, but you are the pilot. By taking this course and using AI in your business, you agree to the following:

  • You are the final filter: You are 100% responsible for evaluating, fact-checking, and approving every piece of AI-generated content or strategy before executing it in your business.

  • AI makes mistakes: Large Language Models (LLMs) can hallucinate, present false information, or generate biased content with absolute confidence. Always verify critical data.

  • Zero Liability: Rafał Konieczny (and any associated business entities) will not be held liable for any direct, indirect, financial, reputational damages, losses, or legal issues that result from your use of AI, the implementation of these frameworks, or actions you take based on this course.

6. No Guaranteed Results Every business is different. While the frameworks taught in this course have helped me double my own revenue and significantly improve my operations, I cannot and do not guarantee that you will achieve the exact same financial results, growth, or metrics. Your success depends entirely on your specific market, business model, and how you execute these strategies.

7. The Technology Changes The AI landscape moves incredibly fast. The models, interfaces, and specific tools shown in this course may update, change, or become obsolete over time. This course focuses on foundational frameworks and mental models so you can easily adapt, but I am not obligated to update the course every time an AI platform changes its layout or features.

8. Intellectual Property (Don't Steal My Stuff) When you buy this course, you are purchasing a single-seat license for your personal or internal business use. You can and should use all the frameworks to grow your own business. However, you may not share your login credentials, record, download (unless explicitly provided), copy, pirate, or resell any part of this course or its materials as your own.

9. Governing Law & Severability Since I operate out of Poland, these terms are governed by the laws of Poland and the European Union. If any single rule in this document is found to be unenforceable by a court, the rest of these Terms and Conditions will still apply and remain in full effect.
